At Cucina di Sintesi, a gastronomic vision takes shape that stems from the convergence of research, identity, and contemporary sensibility.
The project, led by Chef Federico Zerboni alongside his brother Stefano, was launched at the Hotel De Ville with the goal of offering guests an experience that goes beyond the simple act of eating, seamlessly integrating with their stay and transforming every tasting into a moment of discovery and pleasure.
The cuisine is distinguished by a strong sense of identity, where acidity and fermentation become central elements in the construction of flavor. Fresh, carefully selected ingredients are reinterpreted through precise, contemporary techniques, giving rise to dishes that express balance, depth, and elegance.
